The Dubai Autodrome
is 5.39 km motorsports circuit located in Dubailand, Dubai (United Arab
Emirates). it is opened in 2004, for the final round of the 2004
Formula Renault V6 Eurocup season.
The Dubai Autodrome is one of key elements of the Dubai Motor City which includes residential units, business towers, motor-sports facilities, retail and a theme park.
Other than the Dubai Autodrome, the Dubai Motor City plan also includes UpTown MotorCity, Green Community Motor City, Business Park Motor City and F1-X Dubai. Of its major achievements, Dubai Autodrome has been applauded for hosting the FIA GT Championship from 2004 to 2006 and the A1 Grand Prix in December, 2005. It was also a part of the hit TV reality show ‘The Amazing Race’ Season 15’s Fast Forward task.
